We’re proud to share that Scantec Personnel is now officially an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This marks a major milestone in the company’s journey and a strong commitment to the people who make Scantec what it is.
This transition means that the majority shareholding of the business is now held in trust on behalf of our employees. It reflects our belief that when people feel valued, trusted, and invested in, businesses thrive — not just for the short term, but for the long haul.
