This transition means that the majority shareholding of the business is now held in trust on behalf of our employees. It reflects our belief that when people feel valued, trusted, and invested in, businesses thrive — not just for the short term, but for the long haul.
Why have we made this change?

The existing management team will remain in place, continuing to guide the business as we move forward under this new structure.
