Competitive Salary and Commission Structure

We regularly review the market to ensure our salaries are competitive. Transparency is important for us so, the salary bandings for each role on our competency framework are on display so everybody knows exactly where they are positioned relative to their peers.

We operate various commission and bonus schemes in our business, covering the recruitment, sales and support functions. Similar to the salary benchmarking exercises we undertake, we regularly review the market place to ensure we are competitive with the commission schemes we offer.

At present we have:

  • A contract recruitment scheme
  • A permanent recruitment scheme
  • A ‘new starter’ scheme (for recruiters with less than 2 years experience)
  • A people manager scheme (recruitment managers)
  • A support function scheme

The scheme pre-dates ‘auto-enrolment’ and for many years the company has committed 5% employer’s contribution for all staff. Our competency framework in based on flexibility; you will be encouraged our to develop your path based on varible factors such as the market, your skills and in some situations your own personal circumstance.

A tailored promotion agreement cements what is needed for you to move from one role to another – this is a set of objectives to meet tailored to the development of an individual but working within the confines of the competency framework.
