A market leading waste management company is looking for a Senior Site Chemist to oversee waste reception, compliance, and process improvements while supporting and training junior chemists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure site is operating compliantly inline with site permit.
- Supervise reception, sorting and handling of incoming waste.
- Adhere to and enforce HSE regulations site wide.
- Contribute to the training and development of existing and junior site chemists.
About You:
- A minimum of a BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience of the waste management industry.
- Ability to make a impact on process improvement and development of junior chemists.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
