**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver engineering design packages within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, under the guidance of Principal or Senior Engineers.
- Produce design deliverables, including drawings, reports, and calculations, adhering to agreed safety, cost, quality, and time standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on discipline-specific issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in your field.
- Contribute to the development and application of technical and managerial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative, regulatory, and company policies.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
**Essential:**
- A minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant engineering discipline with over 2 years of design office experience, or a lower professional qualification (e.g., BTEC) typically gained through an apprenticeship with around 5 years of design office experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD systems, preferably Inventor/Vault.
**Desirable:**
- Familiarity with engineering design stages and processes, including design reviews and HAZOPs.
