Electrical Authorised Person – Civil Nuclear – ability to obtain BPSS required

**Role Overview:**
As an Electrical Authorised Person, you will play a crucial role in commissioning projects within the civil nuclear sector. Your primary responsibilities will include authoring documentation, producing design deliverables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IEC7671 and ATEX intrinsic safety.
**Essential Skills and Experience:**
- **Electrical AP Experience:** Previous experience as an Electrical Authorised Person is essential.
- **Commissioning Engineer Background:** At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a highly regulated industry.
- **Industry Standards Knowledge:** Familiarity with relevant standards, including IEC7671 and ATEX intrinsic safety.
- **Communication and Teamwork:** Strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
- **Documentation and Design:** Proficiency in authoring documentation and producing design deliverables.
- **Microsoft 365 Competence:** Skilled in using Microsoft 365 products.
- **Organisational Skills:** Excellent organisational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
Previous successful candidates have come from diverse backgrounds such as Completions Engineers, Construction Managers, and Project Engineers, all sharing the crucial AP experience.
