**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee key phases of mechanical engineering projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site-based verification.
- Guide junior engineers, fostering their development and maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Work closely with the group lead on resourcing and scheduling to ensure efficient project delivery.

- Multi-disciplinary feasibility studies and technical verification
**What You Bring:**
- A Master’s degree (MEng/MSc) in Mechanical Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (IMechE membership preferred).
- Experience in regulated sectors such as power, oil & gas, or chemical industries.
- Proficiency in pipe stress analysis, equipment and engineering specification writing, pressure part design, and plant layout.
- Strong skills in mentoring, team coordination, and client-facing communication.
