**Your Mission**

As Senior/ Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team at the End Client's site, particularly within nuclear facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Authoring, developing, and managing Infrastructure Design Substantiation documents.
2. Managing design changes and presenting substantiations to safety committees.
3. Developing Examination, Inspection, Maintenance & Testing (EIMT) schedules and safety reports.
4. Providing guidance to stakeholders and conducting Independent Technical Reviews.
5. Applying engineering knowledge to design and maintain engineering processes and systems.
6. Justifying civil/structural design modifications in high hazard industries.
7. Reviewing technical reports and safety case submissions.

**Qualifications Profile**

Ideal candidates will possess:

- Expertise in current design standards and practices.
- Theoretical and practical skills across design stages.
- Experience in assessing electrical equipment and specifying systems for HV and LV networks.
- Ability to justify design modifications.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and multi-discipline projects.

**Desirable Attributes**

- Experience in high-risk environments.
- Familiarity with safety case development and nuclear industry regulations.
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Safety case related training.

**Additional Information**

- Permanent or Umbrella Contractor role available.
- Current SC Clearance required.
- Sole UK National.
