Are you a proficient Project Manager who has successfully managed planned company expansion?

We are looking for a hands on, pro-active Project Manager who has a good all-round understanding of an Engineering discipline (Process, Mechanical, Chemical, E & I), great communication skills and knowledge of managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of an exciting, planned and future growth projects.

You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Effectively and safely manage projects using company ISO9001 processes whilst monitoring progress against plans for delivery and budget.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditure is within budget and that any overspend is identified and addressed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the senior management team.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

 

Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering complex capex projects on time and within budget.

Experienced with Quality Systems (QMS) and CDM Management.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to grow, motivate and manage a team.

Excellent project management skills, with a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and take corrective action as necessary.

Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
