Following a successful year for Scantec and Paul Gibbens, 2017 kick starts with a new appointment for Paul, with him stepping into the role of Sales Director for Scantec.
Paul was formerly Client Relationship Director and played a crucial role in managing client relationships, in the UK and worldwide. Paul is well placed in his new role & will oversee and lead the sales managers – to build on effective sales strategies, maintain motivation across the team, and crucially, determine the overall strategic direction of the company.
Paul will work to evaluate sales practices across the company so far, establish best tactics and manage his team to effectively deliver the sales strategy for 2017 and beyond.
The marketplace is constantly changing, making it ever more important to remain innovative and form sales strategies which keep the company competitive and maximizing profits; a task Paul is excited to take on.
